Guy Collins, CFP, Regional Vice President, BFB Gallagher

Guy Collins is a Regional Vice President serving credit unions throughout the country. Guy develops custom programs for institutions that align the interests of both the organization and the executive. Guy has nearly 20 years of executive compensation and benefit consulting experience with businesses and institutions of varying sizes ranging from 50 employees to more than 25,000. His areas of expertise include qualified plans, nonqualified plans, life, and disability.

Guy received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lake Forest College in Illinois. He holds a Certified Financial Planner designation, and life and disability insurance licenses as well as FINRA Series 7, 63, and 26 licenses.

Mike Mason, Regional Manager, BFB Gallagher

Mike is responsible for the implementation and servicing of executive benefit programs as well as for performance, regulatory, and IRS compliance monitoring of plan assets for client portfolios. He monitors all laws and regulations that affect executive benefit programs within the credit union industry. Mike oversees a dedicated client service team that manages the day-to-day needs of BFB Gallagher’s clients.

Mike was a financial professional for Prudential Financial before joining BFB. Mike holds an insurance license as well as FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses. Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University.
