Barry Dayley has worked in the financial planning and wealth management business since 1981 when he started his own Money Concepts Financial Planning Center.  Since 1985 Barry led the establishment of over 600 financial planning programs in financial institutions across the United States.  Currently, he is the Executive Vice President of Money Concepts with national and international responsibilities.

Michael Thompson has over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.  Currently, Michael is the Director of Sales nationally for Money Concepts International, Inc overseeing sales and marketing efforts for the company.   His first exposure to financial services was as the owner of a highly successful training school, he trained thousands of investment advisors nationwide.  After he sold the school, Michael worked as an investment advisor at a financial institution in Oregon and quickly became recognized nationally for his quality work and business success.
