Jennifer Jackson has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in the design and servicing of executive benefit plans. Throughout her career, she has held several roles related to executive benefit plans for banks and credit unions which gives her a unique perspective in overseeing her clients’ programs. Her expertise includes regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and retention strategies. In her current role, Jennifer is responsible for the consulting with credit union boards and executives on how to maximize the performance and efficiency of their benefits.

Jack Clark

Jack Clark, PhD, Principal, Clark Research Associates

Jack has worked with NAFCU and BFB Gallagher since 2007 to create the annual NAFCU-BFB Gallagher Executive Compensation and Benefits Survey, now in its 13th year. The survey invites all federally-insured credits unions, both federal and state charters, to participate in the survey. The NAFCU-BFB Gallagher survey is a respected source of executive compensation and benefits information for the credit union industry. Jack also conducts the annual Summit Round Table (SRT) Executive Compensation Survey for the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues and BFB Gallagher.
