ADA, reg relief update during today's NAFCU member call

Today, NAFCU members will be briefed on Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) litigation, updated on the regulatory relief measures moving in Congress and told more about a recent meeting between credit union CEOs and President Donald Trump during the association's member-only call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern.

Member credit unions will also learn more details about the NCUA's National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) distribution, which is expected to come in the third quarter.

NAFCU CEO and President Dan Berger will lead NAFCU's first member call-in of 2018, "NAFCU Q1 Member Call-In." NAFCU staff will also brief members on the latest coming out of the CFPB, NCUA, Congress and more during the call.

Berger will be joined in the call by Executive Vice President of Government Affairs and General Counsel Carrie Hunt, Vice President of Legislative Affairs Brad Thaler, Vice President of Regulatory Compliance Brandy Bruyere, Director of Political Affairs Chad Adams, Chief Economist and Vice President of Research Curt Long and Regulatory Affairs Counsel Andrew Morris.

Today's call-in is provided free as a benefit of membership in NAFCU, but registration is required (members only). Members will be able to ask questions during the call; questions can also be submitted in advance during the registration process.
