Call-in a reminder of NAFCU's value, extreme service

March 14, 2014 – NAFCU's upcoming member call-in is a perfect example of the association's continuing practice of "extreme member service" and of members' direct access, according to President and CEO Dan Berger.

"Our members should always feel they can contact us at any time," Berger said, "whether for compliance assistance, education or any other issue. Our staff and executive team are always just a call or email away. The member call-in next week is just one example of the value we provide for members here at NAFCU."

The member-only call-in – "A Credit Union Industry Update" – takes place at 4 p.m., March 18, and will address the latest in legislative, regulatory, compliance and economic issues affecting the credit union industry. Berger and other members of NAFCU's senior staff will participate in a discussion of the top challenges facing the industry, including the massive Target Corporation data breach, NCUA's risk-based capital proposal, and more.

The call is free for all members, but registration is required.
