CUs: Navigate complex reg landscape with NAFCU Roadmap

roadmapHow can credit unions easily navigate the ever-changing, complex regulatory environment with ease? NAFCU's Credit Union Compliance Roadmap – formerly the Credit Union Compliance GPS – has been redesigned to assist credit union compliance professionals as they work to ensure institutional compliance and keep up-to-date on the latest trends.

Written by NAFCU's highly-regarded compliance team, the Roadmap provides an overview of federal regulations and provides tools to help staff answer the top questions of today. The manual, available to members and nonmembers, also includes helpful callouts that link to additional information on topics to help supplement reading.

Have a previous version of the Compliance GPS? Each year the manual is updated with additional information and the latest developments. The 2020 Compliance Roadmap has been revamped to include a clean modern, look and is easily searchable when used as a PDF document.

It also includes bookmarks to help users better navigate from chapter to chapter and from section to section.

Also new to the Roadmap this year, sections on:

  • Regulation D;
  • Regulation CC;
  • the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA);
  • flood insurance; and
  • the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

NAFCU is offering a sneak peek of the 2020 Roadmap prior to purchase; read a part of the Regulation E section from the chapter on member accounts, or check out FAQs on the manual.
