CUs: Tune into a Reg Compliance update July 11
NAFCU's Regulatory Compliance team on July 11 will provide credit unions with an update on recent Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection and NCUA guidance, rules and regulations, along with information on expected actions from other federal regulators during a free NAFCU webinar.
The webinar, "Regulatory Compliance Semi-Annual Update," is slated for 2 p.m. Eastern. The webinar is free but registration is required.
Brandy Bruyere, NAFCU's vice president of regulatory compliance, will lead the webinar with Regulatory Compliance Counsel André Cotten. The two will discuss upcoming implementation deadlines, rule changes and current proposals and how each will affect credit unions.
Also available on July 11 is a series of webinars focused on the automated clearing house (ACH) network and its attributes. Amy Morris, senior director of ACH Network Rule with NACHA – The Electronic Payments Association, will lead the webinars.
