Gallagher Named One of The 2018 World's Most Ethical Companies® By The Ethisphere Institute--For The Seventh Consecutive Year
September 10, 2018 -- Gallagher is honored to have once again been recognized by the Ethisphere® Institute, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices, as one of the 2018 World's Most Ethical Companies®.
Gallagher has been recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies® every year since 2012 and is the only insurance broker to have received this honor, underscoring the company's ongoing commitment to leading with integrity and prioritizing ethical business practices.
In 2018, 135 honorees were recognized, spanning 23 countries and 57 industries. The twelfth class of honorees had record levels of involvement with their stakeholders and their communities around the world. Measuring and improving culture, leading authentically and committing to transparency, diversity and inclusion were all priorities for honorees.
“Our parent company Gallagher has always been committed to maintaining the highest standards of moral and ethical behavior. These standards are embraced by every associate, in every office, including BFB Gallagher,” said Rich Brock, National Practice Leader for Executive Benefits. “Consulting in a highly regulated industry where penalties are high requires operating with integrity and expertise at all times. Credit unions should expect nothing less in a trusted partner.”
“Affiliation with the 2018 World's Most Ethical Companies® in addition to being NAFCU’s Preferred Partner for Executive Compensation and Benefits Consulting reflect our ongoing commitment and success in serving the credit union community,” added Tom Telford, Senior Vice President. “Our national portfolio continues to grow as more credit unions recognize executive benefits as the primary tool for retaining key leadership.”

Credit cards and car loans are often people's first steps to build a strong credit report. And owning a vehicle is closely tied to a better quality of life. However, vehicle ownership is getting further out of reach for consumers with below-prime credit scores. High retail prices and the rising cost of owning a car due to recent increases in auto insurance, coupled with high interest rates, have isolated near- and non-prime consumers from the used and new car markets. Open Lending’s latest Near- and Non-Prime Market Report includes recent data on near- and non-prime consumers' vehicle preferences and lending habits to guide effective loan decisioning processes.
