New Salary Comparison Report available

NAFCU Salary Report (2018 data)

NAFCU's annual Salary Comparison Report is now available for download exclusively to NAFCU-member credit union CEOs. The report, which has been updated with recently-released 2018 wage data, provides local salary data for financial institution jobs across the country.

Using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the report focuses on job titles common to financial institutions to allow credit unions a sense of typical salaries within different job markets.

The report includes salary ranges from the 10th to the 90th percentiles. Users can drill down to see data for different states and metropolitan statistical areas. Annual growth trends are also provided.

The report, which is updated annually, is available to NAFCU-member CEOs here. A FAQ on the report is also available here.
