She brings over 30 years of executive leadership and technology expertise to her role. Cynthia previously served as Senior Vice President/Digital Assets at Visions Federal Credit Union in Endwell, NY. She has worked in various positions with the four credit unions she’s served, including member-facing and management roles. Cynthia received her Business Management & Systems Analysis degree from Miami University and holds an MBA. She is a lecturer on cybersecurity and the NIST framework, a Certified Innovation Executive, and a respected voice in digital assets and related technologies.

Larry Pruss has 25+ years of financial services consulting experience; successfully leading a broad range of Retail, Credit Union, and Community Banking initiatives. Experience includes leading consulting, loyalty marketing, portfolio acquisition, and analytic organizations. Proven track record of developing new products, increasing sales, reducing portfolio risk, improving operating efficiency, driving loan growth, and increasing profitability. Larry is a recognized leader in the digital asset industry helping banks and credit unions develop #cryptocurrency and #blockchain / digital ledger technologies #DLT solutions.
Patti Wubbels
Senior Vice President, Digital Assets Advisory Services
At SRM, Patti’s responsibilities include speaking and educating financial institutions around the growing ecosystem of digital assets. This includes Distributed Ledger Technology, Blockchain and Smart Contracts and of course Cryptocurrency.
Patti helped to launch SRM’s digital assets advisory team, delivering education and strategic planning services for financial institutions integrating cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts and technology. She is a Certified Cryptocurrency Expert (CCE) via MIT Media Lab and the Blockchain Council.
Patti also advises around strategies for cost savings, revenue opportunities, and process efficiencies when it comes to vendor selection. She has over 20 years of business development experience, with 18+ years in the banking industry.
Patti served in the United States Navy, with a tour in the Gulf War and holds both an MBA in Management and a BA in Business from Doane College.
