On April 13, 2020, the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) issued an interim final rule to facilitate access to the Central Liquidity Facility (CLF or Facility) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to implement provisions of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act).
