Ability of Nonmember Executor to Open Estate Account

Question - One of our members recently died. He was the sole owner of a share account. His executor wants to establish a new account for the member’s estate with our credit union. However, the executor is not a member of our federal credit union. If the executor is not a member, can we open this account?
