Advertising and Use of Term “Interest”

Question – The credit union wants to advertise an account as “Interest Checking.” I seem to remember hearing that credit unions cannot use the term "interest" but upon searching, I cannot find any regulation stating such a prohibition. Can the credit union use the term "interest" when advertising a checking account?
