GAO Report: More and Better Feedback on BSA Reporting Needed

In late September, the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) released a report to Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer, the ranking member of the Subcommittee on Consumer Protection and Financial Institutions Committee on Financial Services, on the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network’s (FinCEN) collection and dissemination of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) data.
