Combining Affiliate Marketing Notice With Annual Privacy Notice

Question - We have reviewed the FACT Act affiliate marketing rule, and it appears likely that we will have to disclose an information sharing arrangement that we have with our credit union service organization (CUSO) and offer our members an opportunity to opt out. May we combine this notice with our annual privacy notice?
