On Friday, wrote about the most recent issue of the Federal Reserve's Consumer Compliance Outlook. In that post, I focused on its guidance on the Reg E ODP rules. But today, I want to let you know about the rest of the issue. This periodical is always a good read.

- There's a great overview of the Credit CARD Act provisions that have been put in place.
