Data Match; RESPA; NAFCU Softball

I really hadn't heard of the Data Match program until someone recently asked me about it.  In short, financial institutions are required to assist state governments in tracking down deadbeat parents.  Here's a very good resource page from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Resources.  And here's another.  Both pages do a good job of laying out the requirements and giving a good deal of guidance.

HUD officials have indicated that we can expect a ton of RESPA-related guidance this summer.  I heard 200 FAQs are on their way. Seriously.

Oh-oh.  NAFCU's softball team is off to an 0-2 start.  (17-4, and 32-7.)  Ouch.  In addition, one of our IT wizards dislocated a finger.  Ouch, indeed.
