Great NAFCU Resource; Regional Coalitions
Hey NAFCUers, do not forget about NAFCU's Regulatory Alerts and Regulatory Finals.  (NAFCU member log-ins needed to access any individual Final or Alert.)  Carrie Hunt and her staff do a great job of writing mini "white papers" when a proposed or final regulation comes our way.
And if you need to see what comment periods are open, go to this page.
Here's why I love Alerts and Finals - they have a copy of the final rule built right in. And if you look, we have Alerts and Finals available all the way back to 1999. When I need to find the preamble to an older final rule, I often look here first.

NCUA recently issued NCUA Letter to Credit Unions 08-CU-15, which highlights the growth of regional coalitions that work on critical infrastructure issues. If you are interested in networking with professionals in your area that work on business continuity and other related issues, read this piece of guidance. (And here's a link to its attachment.) Note that there are not regional partnerships that cover every area in America at this time.
