- The Fed is offering a FREE audio conference on December 10 to go over the ODP-related changes coming to Regulation E. Sign up here.
- The FDIC issued Financial Institution Letter FIL-66-2009 to help banks comply with Reg E's requirements concerning ATM disclosures. It seems that some of them were not complying with section 205.16 of Reg E. If some banks are tripping up on this, I bet some of us are as well. Ergo, I'd give this a glance to make sure you're O.K.
