NCUA's Corporate Credit Union Plan;

On Friday, NCUA released its long awaited corporate credit union final regulation. Â The materials from that meeting are available here. Â NAFCU's communications team has a lot of information about the meeting here. Â In addition, NCUA has scheduled a virtual town hall meeting for this afternoon. Â Read about it, and sign up, here. Â
A good place to start would be to review this NCUA webpage. Â It is their "corporate resolution"page, and it contains information such as:
- A letter to credit unions that summarizes the rule.
- A frequently asked questions document.
- A side-by-side chart that compares the old corporate rule, the proposal, and the final rule released on Friday.
