Are you aware of NCUA's Credit Union Connection page? It houses "examples of credit union business practices in a variety of categories." You can access the page here.
This page lists business practices in the areas of community outreach, financial education, liquidity, loans, etc. Under the loan section, for example, you can see one credit union's program for lending to non-profits. This page should let you see how other credit unions are designing and marketing certain products and services. (And it does create a nice contact list when you need to find someone that does something in particular.)Â

For some reason, the name of that page (Credit Union Connection) always makes me think of the song, The Rainbow Connection. Which makes me think of Kermit the Frog. Which makes me always think of him in that moving riding that bicycle. Which makes me laugh. (Yes, this is how my mind works. Or doesn't.)
