RESPA Delay?; BSA Blast Available
Reportedly, HUD is considering whether to delay the provisions of its final RESPA rule that were to go into effect on January 16, 2009 by 90 days. Reportedly, this decision was helped along by a lawsuit filed by the Association of Home Builders. As soon as anything is official, we'll let you know.
