There are two recent court cases that are noteworthy for credit unions. One involves the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and what constitutions an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS or autodialer).  The other addresses the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and to what extent the law applies to the websites of businesses that are public accommodations.
