Please note that Congressional schedules can be fluid, so please be patient in awaiting confirmation for requested meetings. Under current guidelines, all visitors for on-campus Hill meetings must be escorted into the building, meaning that you may need to hold larger than normal blocks for meetings. There is a chance that this may change by the time Caucus rolls around, but nothing is certain, as no announcements have been made.
We generally seek to set your meeting with the elected official, but sometimes only staff is available. Staff can be important contacts for your credit union. Additionally, in order to fit into the schedule, your meeting may include representatives from other credit unions. If that is the case, NAFCU will notify you when we provide you with the appointment details. The deadline for meeting requests is Wednesday, August 31st. Appointment details and updates will be provided by Thursday, September 8th.
