HMDA Reporting for Recreational Vehicles

Question - Are recreational vehicles (RVs) subject to HMDA reporting? I am confused because RVs can sometimes fall under the category of “mobile homes” for NCUA’s lending rule and “mobile homes” are HMDA-reportable. Can you clarify this for me?
