The CFPB recently ordered U.S. Bank and Dealers’ Financial Services to return approximately $6.5 million to servicemembers, who had taken out auto loans through U.S. Bank and DFS’ Military Installment Loans and Educational Services (MILES) program due to deceptive marketing and lending.
