Question - My credit union hired a vendor to perform an audit of our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) program. One finding indicates that the credit union is out of compliance for failing to use a centralized monetary instruments log to maintain the required information about sales of monetary instruments. I was under the impression that there is no longer an explicit requirement to use the log. Am I mistaken?
