Culture and Design

Written by Anthony Demangone

Here's a short video that I shared with NAFCU's Vice Presidents and Directors at our monthly meeting.  It is a wonderful conversation about how culture and design play crucial roles in an organization's success.

Ignore one, or both, and you're in trouble.  Balance them properly, and your organization can soar.  I hope you enjoy it.  If you did, you might want to consider purchasing the book that inspired the short video.

If you're having a hard time seeing the video, you can watch it here.

The video implies that in order to excel, an organization may need to give up on something, rather than trying to be everything to everyone.  So, here's my question:

Does your credit union accept that it has to be subpar in any given area? Should it? Must it?  Again, please watch the video.  Those quesitons will make far more sense if you do.

Have a great weekend, everyone!
