• Yes, that's a "B."  The six largest U.S. banks have paid more than $100 billion in legal fees since the beginning of the financial crisis. (Bloomberg.)

Guys, I'd love to see you in Vegas next year.  Believe me, we're tweaking things...and you're going to like it. Also, the first 10 people who tell me they are coming to Vegas get to hear about my big date night I had in Vegas with credit union attorney David Reed. One of the best/funniest nights of my life.  (Outside of my wedding, of course. But that wasn't funny per se.  You know what I mean...)
