I was a bit upset.

I ordered flowers for my lovely wife, and they were not delivered.

Ticked off, I grumbled about poor customer service, as I pulled up the website of the company I used.

Aha! The website itself confirmed that the flowered were not delivered. Why didn't they staff up? My blood pressure was going up.

So...when would they be delivered?

March 14, 2018.

Yeah. My bad. Sometimes, the customer ain't right.
