NAFCU President and CEO Dan Berger is set to discuss the credit union difference and how the industry continues to innovate and expand market share with American Banker’s Frank Gargano today at 2 p.m. Eastern.

Berger consistently touts the credit union difference – highlighting that the industry is focused on providing all Americans and Main Street small businesses with safe, secure, and reliable financial services. He also directs NAFCU’s bold advocacy efforts; the association is currently working to keep bad policies from being enacted and is advocating against efforts to reduce credit unions’ non-interest income, such as the CFPB’s targeting of “junk fees” and potential legislation to expand interchange restrictions.
