Obligation to Mail Separate NSF or ODP Notices

Question - Our credit union wants to stop mailing notices each time a member has an item returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF) or accesses our overdraft privilege (ODP) program. Since these transactions are captured on the member’s periodic statement, can we stop our current practice?
