Pulling Credit Reports

Question - One of the permissible purposes for pulling a credit report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is “to review an account to determine whether the consumer continues to meet the terms of the account.” We use this to pull credit reports on certain open-end products, would this be a permissible purpose for closed-end products as well?
