Question - We recently implemented a new ACH origination tool in our home banking product that allows members to initiate authorized ACH transactions to and from their credit union account. We now have a member reporting fraud on their account. The member responded to a phishing scam which led to three unauthorized ACH debits from the member's account. Under Regulation E, can we protect ourselves from losses that occur as a result of the member's negligence?
