Shari R. Pogach, NCCO, NCBSO, has served as Regulatory Paralegal for NAFCU's Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Affairs divisions since 2007.
Pogach is the editor of the quarterly BSA Blast and creates the BSA quizzes, reviews and edits publications authored by NAFCU attorneys, monitors and tracks litigation, performs research and prepares sections of reports and presentations to NAFCU members.
Before joining NAFCU, Pogach specialized in regulatory and legal issues in not-for-profit, law firm and corporate environments within the petroleum and telecommunication industries. She holds a BS in media communications from the University of Maryland.
