You have one year from the date you purchase the NCCO Self-Study Bundle to take and pass all of the exams. These exams and study materials can only be accessed by you. A proctor must be present while you take your exams. Your exam may be proctored by any member of the senior management staff of your credit union, organization or company, or by an HR, personnel or training staff member. Proctoring services offered by public libraries are also acceptable.
