Jeremy DeBruin has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in the design and implementation of nonqualified executive benefit plans. Jeremy began his career in regional and community banks, and has spent the last decade consulting in the credit union industry. His expertise in regulatory compliance related to fair and reasonable as well as safety and soundness is sought after by clients and examiners alike. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of California–Los Angeles. Jeremy lives in Northern California with his wife and three children.

For more than 20 years, Liz Santos has consulted with credit unions, trade associations, nonprofits, financial services organizations, and more to develop their “a-ha! moments.” At Gallagher, she supports the teams that design, service, and market executive benefit programs. Liz earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. When she is not serving her clients, Liz is a long-distance runner more than half way in achieving her goal of running a marathon in every state. She is based in Washington, DC.
