Dean has devoted most of his career to delivering digital financial experiences that delight users. He has served in product and development leadership roles while working at banks and FinTech companies for more than 15 years. Based on his deep experience, he has developed expert level knowledge of digital solutions that serve consumers and businesses alike. He works with financial industry executives across the world to develop digital products that provide a full financial experience for their customers, enabling FIs to grow and deepen primary financial relationships.  

Dean joined Q2 in 2018 as the vice president of product marketing, where he works across the organization to launch digital products that change the way consumer and business users interact with financial products and services. He plays a key role in establishing Q2 product strategies that are aligned with market needs and assuring that Q2 products exceed the expectations of the financial institutions and the customers they serve. 

Kirk Coleman

Chief Banking Officer, Q2

As Q2’s chief banking officer, Kirk Coleman leads the Strategy, Product and Marketing organization. In this role, he is responsible for driving Q2’s growth strategy, product management and marketing, to meet increasing customer demand for Q2’s comprehensive digital banking and lending solutions. 

Prior to joining Q2, Coleman founded Centerline Advisors in July 2020 with the mission of helping mid-sized financial institutions and fintechs develop actionable strategies. Previously, he served as a senior executive with Texas Capital Bank for five years, responsible for Service, Operations, Technology, and Strategic Planning. Coleman also had a successful 20-year career at Accenture where he served as Managing Director (Partner), devoting the majority of his time to developing and managing banking clients. In addition to his client responsibilities, Coleman worked across multiple specialties, including Core Banking and Front Office transformation (Marketing, Sales and Service), holding several leadership roles within the North America Banking practice and the Dallas office.

VP of eService and Payments, Gulf Winds Credit Union 

Haley Murph is the Vice President of EServices & Payments at Gulf Winds Credit Union. With twenty years of transformational leadership experience in the financial institution industry, Haley brings a wealth of knowledge in digital banking, retail and commercial payments, digital innovation, coaching, and mentoring to the industry. Haley is a member of numerous committees within Gulf Winds Credit Union and serves on the Board of Sherpa Technologies, a CUSO of Corporate One Federal Credit Union.  Above all else, she is passionate about providing digital financial tools and education that bring value to every member she serves. She values honesty, transparency, and accountability and infuses those values into every digital interaction. 

Tim Wooldridge
Tim Wooldridge

SVP of Digital Banking, UNIFY Financial Credit Union

Tim Wooldridge is the Senior Vice President of Digital Banking at UNIFY Financial Credit Union.  He and his organization are responsible for strategy and support of all digital products, payments, and cards for the credit union.  His group also leads the data analytics function to surface insights that drive business decisions.  While at UNIFY, his group has delivered new digital capabilities for the credit union including bitcoin transacting, blockchain authentication, online account opening, chatbot virtual support, contextual help guides, online appointments, Zelle, credit score management, and external account management.  

Prior to joining UNIFY, Tim held multiple digital-related leadership roles at Fiserv including Vice President of Digital Banking and Vice President of Product Management for the credit union market.
