Susan is a strategic advisor to Boards and CEOs, providing innovative consulting services, including strategic planning and board governance globally. She is a successful entrepreneur who began her career at a service bureau developing applications for the financial services industry (appraisal multiple regression modeling, branch data exchange, and retail delivery). Her first company, MyDAS, created the innovative multi-media online university (cuu.com / banku.com), online consumer education (English and Spanish), marketing, and mystery shopping to thousands of FIs worldwide. These programs attracted the attention of Liberty/Harland, and after a successful M&A in 2005, Mitchell, Stankovic & Associates launched its consulting practice. Key initiatives include UNDERGROUND Collisions, driving authentic engagement and collaboration through thought leadership and Chair of the Governance Committees for Worldwide Foundation, Co-Chair of Governance for CU DEI Collective Governing Body, and five CU Nominating Committees.

Kevin leads the Strategic Integration & Member Experience department at SchoolsFirst FCU. His responsibilities include identifying ways to continue and advance world-class personal service delivery, strategic planning and implementation functions, anticipating concerns and leading the change needed to ensure enduring financial strength. Kevin has become a Credit Union Development Educator, CUES CEO Institute graduate, and a Certified Diversity Professional. Kevin sits on the board of the CURQL Collective (the first credit union-led ecosystem) and was the founding president of the ACCUC West Coast Chapter. In 2022, he was selected as one of the “100 Most Influential African American Leaders in Business” and received the CUES Exceptional Leader Award.

Chief Information Officer, Ventura County Credit Union

Chad serves as the CIO at Ventura County Credit Union. Previously, Chad was a digital strategist working in the D.C. corridor, helping firms like Johns Hopkins, Northeastern University, and the Society for Neuroscience. With his pivotal role in digital transformation—including API-first approaches, generative AI adoption, core modernization, and business process automation, Chad's influence disrupts traditional banking paradigms.
