Jim is responsible for coordinating and directing the employee and labor relations programs, HR technology, business resiliency, and corporate safety and security.

Denholm joined CUNA Mutual Group in 1992 and has served in various leadership roles in Customer Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources.  In his current role, Denholm leads the contract negotiations with OPEIU, Local 39 on behalf of the Company; oversees all employee relations activities; manages the HR technology delivery teams; coordinates the business resiliency program; and the corporate safety and security program for eight corporate locations.  In addition, he is the site leader for the Waverly, Iowa office.
