It has been a fantastic week at NAFCU's Management and Leadership Institute. This is probably the 8th time I've been through it, and I've learned something each and every time. 

And I do think that, at the end of the day, it is up to us to commit to ourselves that we're going to get better. We're going to focus on what counts. And that we'll do the right thing. But a week like this is a fantastic way to gain that momentum to keep pushing forward.
