Tyrone Muse of Visions Federal Credit Union and Alvin Cowans of McCoy Federal Credit Union were named to the Federal Reserve Board's Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC).

Muse and Cowans are the chief executives at their credit unions. Visions Federal Credit Union is in Endicott, N.Y., and McCoy Federal Credit Union is in Orlando, Fla.

The CDIAC meets twice a year with the Federal Reserve Board in Washington. It advises the Fed on the economy, lending conditions and other issues. Members are from banks, thrift institutions and credit unions serving on local advisory councils at the 12 Federal Reserve Banks.
