CU CEOs: New Salary Comparison Report available

salary reportNAFCU's annual Salary Comparison Report is now available for download exclusively for NAFCU-member credit union CEOs. The report, which has been updated with newly-released 2019 wage data, provides local salary information for financial institution jobs across the country.

Using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the report focuses on job titles common to financial institutions to detail local salary data for staff positions common to financial institutions.

Developed in an easy-to-use format, credit union CEOs are able to drill down and search the report to see data for different states and metropolitan statistical areas. The report also includes salary ranges from the 10th to 90th percentiles.

The report, which is updated annually, can be accessed by NAFCU member CEOs here. An FAQ on the report is also available. Those with questions are encouraged to email NAFCU Chief Economist and Vice President of Research Curt Long.

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, Long has also developed a member-only report on jobs vulnerable to loss to help credit unions better understand the impact to their communities and members.
