Don’t forget: Complimentary HR roundtable happening Thursday
NAFCU is hosting a complimentary roundtable discussion for members of the Human Resources Network and Marketing and Growth Network this Thursday at 12 p.m. Eastern. The discussion will be focused on the impact of community engagement on employee and member engagement, with an emphasis on financial literacy and education.
During the roundtable discussion, the group will discuss:
- the link between community engagement and employee satisfaction;
- strategy implementation;
- enhancement of community-based financial literacy initiatives;
- innovative ways to measure and communicate impact; and
- industry success stories.
In addition, industry leaders will share program development strategies and best practices for measuring and communicating community impact, with the goal of ensuring the credit union’s initiatives succeed.
