Don't miss today's NAFCU call with important CU updates

member call

NAFCU members will hear important updates on issues currently facing the industry – including data security standards, compliance with the Military Lending Act and website accessibility requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act, among others – during today's member-only call. The call is slated to begin at 4 p.m. Eastern; registration to join the call is still open.

The "NAFCU Q3 Member Call" will provide a preview of the association's Congressional Caucus – happening next week, Sept. 11-14 – and an insider view of the association's ongoing advocacy efforts as Congress works on appropriations bills and nominations to regulatory agencies. NAFCU President and CEO Dan Berger will lead the call along with other senior government affairs staff, who will also review recent activities at the NCUA and Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (previously the CFPB).

Register now for this free call, available as an exclusive benefit of membership in NAFCU. Members will be able to ask questions during the call; questions can also be submitted in advance during the registration process.

Berger will be joined in the call by Executive Vice President of Government Affairs and General Counsel Carrie Hunt, Vice President of Legislative Affairs Brad Thaler, Vice President of Regulatory Compliance Brandy Bruyere, Director of Political Affairs Chad Adams and Chief Economist and Vice President of Research Curt Long.
