NAFCU offering CUs e-book on strategic innovation
Credit unions can now download an e-book to learn more about current trends that will help them "decode the future" and take advantage of ideas and products to continue growing. The book, "Ubertrends," is by Michael Tchong who is the opening keynote speaker of NAFCU's 51st Annual Conference and Solutions Expo.
Those interested in attending NAFCU's Annual Conference, June 19-22 in Seattle, Wash., can save $200 off registration through April 20 with the code ANNUALSAVINGS.
In the book, Tchong describes an "Ubertrend" as "a tsunami that engulfs society, leaving many subtrends in its rippling waves." The e-book download made available by NAFCU is the "Digital Lifestyle" section of the book that details various technological advances that have changed humans' way of life.
From cyber warfare to artificial intelligence to wearable technology to e-commerce, the e-book will help credit unions better understand consumer behavior and how they can take advantage of these new technologies, while being aware of potential consequences, to strengthen their products and services.
Tchong is the founder of Ubercool Innovation, a management consultancy specializing in innovation solutions. His opening keynote, "Ubertrends: Decoding the Future to Help You Foster Innovation," sponsored by NAFCU Services Preferred Partner Affinion Insurance Solutions at NAFCU's Annual Conference will educate credit unions on how to strategically leverage "Ubertrends."
