National media highlights NAFCU's efforts to strengthen CUs amid pandemic


In an exclusive interview with, NAFCU Vice President of Media Relations and Communications Jacqueline Ramsay discussed the association's relentless commitment to strengthening the credit union industry amid the coronavirus pandemic by providing extreme member service.  

"Even during the pandemic, credit unions are still calling to join and gain full access to the resources we provide," said Ramsay. "We’ve worked some really long nights, but we do it because we’re passionate about making sure our members not only survive but thrive during these times."

While NAFCU is firmly committed to delivering needed resources to its membership, the association also prides itself on its extreme member service.
