NCUA kicks off 2022 DEI & ACCESS Summit

DEI ACCESS SummitThe NCUA today kicks off its annual summit focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, being held both in-person in Herndon, Va., and virtually. This year’s event, “All-In on DEI & ACCESS,” will feature sessions on creating a sustainable DEI effort, being an inclusive leader, engaging and supporting LGBTQ+ employees, and many other topics.

The summit brings together professionals from credit unions and other financial institutions to promote the value of DEI in the credit union industry, share the best DEI and financial inclusion practices, and develop solutions to industry-specific challenges.

NAFCU staff will be in attendance during the event, which runs through Friday.
