The CFPB’s Office of Older Americans will host a NAFCU webinar today that will offer age-friendly banking resources to help financial institutions serve older account holders. Learn about promising practices and free resources to help you engage with your older members and prevent elder financial exploitation.
The webinar will discuss the advisory issued by the Office of Older Americans for financial institutions on preventing and responding to elder financial exploitation (EFE) in 2016, best practices to enable financial institutions to assist elders and age friendly banking, EFE suspicious activity reports issues and trends, and more.
