Begin planning now for NAFCU's strong 2019 conference lineup
NAFCU now has available its full conference lineup for next year, giving credit unions that are currently planning budgets an opportune time to account for employee training and development. Those who register early can also take advantage of early-bird savings.
NAFCU's conferences are some of the most highly rated and respected education opportunities in the credit union community. All of NAFCU's conferences are open to both member and nonmember credit unions. Here is the full 2019 lineup:
- Spring Regulatory Compliance School, March 18-22, Arlington, Va.: Attendees will dive into the core compliance knowledge needed to keep their credit union up-to-date in the ever-changing regulatory and legislative environments.
- Strategic Growth Conference, March 19-21, Greenville, S.C.: NAFCU's Strategic Growth Conference focuses on innovative growth strategies and inventive methods for encouraging credit union performance.
- CEOs & Senior Executives Conference, May 1-3, Key West, Fla.: Credit union CEOs and executives who attend this conference will get fresh insights from industry experts on leadership, efficiency and more.
- Board of Directors & Supervisory Committee Conference, May 20-23, Savannah, Ga.: This conference gives Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee members the most up-to-date information and trends to perform volunteer duties at an even higher level.
- 52nd Annual Conference & Solutions Expo, June 18-21, New Orleans, La.: The industry's largest strategic planning event boasts a huge Solutions Expo with the latest technologies and resources to improve credit unions' operations, and top industry experts to help credit union executives and board members accomplish excellence in their institutions.
- BSA Seminar, Aug. 11-14, Minneapolis, Minn.: This seminar is designed by leading BSA authorities and will review the latest trends in money laundering and best practices to help credit union compliance officers better protect their organizations.
- Summer Regulatory Compliance School, Aug. 12-16, Minneapolis, Minn.: NAFCU's Regulatory Compliance Schools are so popular the association now holds two each year to meet demand.
- Congressional Caucus, Sept. 8-11, Washington, D.C.: NAFCU's credit union lobbying event of the year highlights the association's award-winning advocacy efforts and gives hundreds of credit union representatives a chance to meet with lawmakers on Capitol Hill.
